I would subscribe. And I think an e-mail list is the way to go. You’d get much better feedback from one-on-one interactions than you’d get from blog comments, I think.

I would also recommend goodreads.com, the only problem is that its another website you have to sign up for and become a member of. I would subscribe to a email list though.
